  There was a worker name Jong. He does not listen to what you would say. I tried to explain about my phone problems and I could not explain anything properly because he interrupted and just interpreted everything after his fashion. He concluded the problems with whatever he thinks and walked away with my phone and showed up later. He was very very rude to me and did not care or tried to help for the problems I was having. Worst att worker ever. I don’t know how he got the job.

  The staff is slow and incompetent. They misquoted our first bill by about 60 dollars and we still don't even have all our phones working almost two months later. My advice if you like to waste money and time this is your place
